We are recommended by a friend and we decide to engage Jason Chan from Interior Diary as our ID. He is a helpful, fast & patient ID who provide good service. He is also very responsive with our query & keep us updated on the renovation progress.

Steven was patient and always gave good suggestions and ideas when we were discussing over what I wanted to do for my house. He was fast and responsive on WhatsApp and kept me updated on the renovation progress. I was impressed by his almost immediate reply whenever I had any questions about the carpentry works. Of course, I was totally grateful for his suggestions on the lightings, wall colours and furnishing recommendations. I will definitely recommend Steven.

Mine is a 1-bedder small project and with a tight budget, some ID firms simply shun that. Talked to several IDs shortlisted, I am most impressed with Dorna's passion for her design job and feels really comfortable chatting with her. Going through the design phase had been a breeze, with Dorna sharing her ideas while taking my requirements into consideration. I actually missed going to Interior Diary's office for our discussion cum coffee session! There may be a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but Dorna always took up the responsibility to resolve them. She worked through our project as if she was renovating her own.

I spoke to Huimin, and she was very prompt to reply me after I sent her my floor plan. Very efficient company, prompt & most importantly reliable. I personally recommend Huimin because she does not a hard sell, humble and speeded things up for us within 4 weeks! She worked with a realistic budget and recommended good ideas, and the kitchen cabinet surpassed and exceeded my expectation! Am very pleased with how it turned out.

Steven was our interior designer and he has given us all the assurance one would ever need since day 1. Delays were minimal and renovation works were mostly on schedule. There was an overpayment to Steven for the removal of an item and refund was promptly made. Steven is always reachable and has exceeded our expectations in his responses and solutions to our requirements in all phases. The design phase has been smooth sailing and with an initial expectation set out at the beginning, Steven was able to steer the design to our preference. Some special requirements along the way and Steven was receptive and patient throughout to implement the changes whenever possible. Honestly feel that it could be cheaper but on the whole, it was money well-spent for the good service and pleasant experience with Interior Diary. On the whole, it was satisfactory in the end after rounds of touching up.

After seeing a few ID, I decided to let Interior Diary Jason Chan to do renovation for my 3 room resale flat. I was impressed with his quotation, it transparent no hidden cost. He tried to work within my budget. He even become a handyman just to help to save some cost for me. Due to this is my first time to get my own house to renovate, there's a lot of things that Jason help to settle for me. I don't even need to visit the site at all. Although during the renov there's some obstacles he still tried his way to solve the issues. I will highly recommend him to my friends.

Throughout our renovation journey, he has always been able to resolve any issue that occurred. From the beginning, we were fickle minded on the design of our house, Steven did not display any unhappiness and has been constantly assisting us in the changing of our design. He showed great enthusiasm in the work he undertook. He was always prompt in his reply through our WhatsApp, never once more than 30 mins which is very pleasant for us as the 1st-time homeowner with our constant worries and queries.
