NorthWest Interior Design

I would like to share here that after the Northwest interior design management and my ID mediation, my home has been completed. And my family and I are very satisfied. I would like to thank Northwest and Mr.William for their quick resolution.

I would like to let you know that our experience with Northwest has fallen short in so many ways. Works started on 13 Dec 2021 for tiles and painting, thereafter there was no work done for the next 7 weeks. We keep chasing Ryan Voon but he had so many excuses and never once provided a timeline of works or handover date. Called in to complain but only allowed to speak to fellow colleagues. Finally provided handover date for 9 Mar 2022 but when we went to the house on 9 Mar 2022, the house was far from done! Carpentry not up, electrical works not done, plumbing not done. And yet Ryan Voon has no courtesy to inform us at least one week prior of the expected completion. Thereafter we kept chasing and still no movement. Called again to complain but the staff said they cannot give manager Eddie’s number, or tell me what time is manager Eddie coming to work. More ridiculous is that they did not even want to tell me what is the manager’s name in the first place!! This is really slipshod and we do not expect to pay for the house and not enjoy it especially with such ridiculous delays and lack of communication.

Our ID Clinton in Northwest Interior is superb who knows his job well in this industry. Have compared with alot of ID firms to get quotation however he is the only one to give me the most reasonably priced works. From design, to planning to arranging works with his in-house team of workers, it was really a hassle-free renovation. Was quite skeptical at first when I saw the quotation and others mentioned might be a hoax to attract customers to sign up with him and to raise the price during the process. However, we gave him the trust and the whole house was done in a breeze, not much added prices to the initial quotation. We don't need some fanciful IDs to sugar coat their words or to hard sell their ideas to us, Clinton is someone who always listened and understands customers' requests and needs. Did read some negative reviews about him from some renovation web pages, but to us we see it as a balance. If every single reviews are positive towards some IDs/firm, then those are not genuinely true reviews. Lastly, Clinton is someone who never fails to answer your phone calls whenever you call him, with timely updates on the upcoming plans/works, a rare ID in this industry indeed.
